• Rates quoted for "7 days Advance Purchase" are for room only
• Discount is applicable for all early bird bookings made 7 days or more in advance and is applied to the Best Available Rate available at the point of booking.
• Bookings are subject to availability
• Room bookings are required in advance and confirmation is subject to availability.
  
• Blackout dates apply.
• Early check out is allowed but no refund extended
• Rates quoted are subject to 15% service charge.
• A One Night Non Refundable deposit will be charged to credit card upon confirmation of room reservation.
• All cancellations will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay
• Amendments can be made up to 48 hours prior to 2pm local hotel time on the intended date of arrival within the original promotion.
• Amendments will be subject to a re-calculation of rates which may be equal or more than the original reservation. 
• Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
• Advance Purchase Rate does not apply to group bookings.
• Bookings are non-exchangeable and non-transferable.

• No accrual of any airline mileage
• 10% Commissionable for Bonafide Travel Agents

• Advance Purchase rates are not available with room rate negotiated for groups of 10 or more, travel industry rates or employee rates.
